These Terms govern your Kaira Founder's Circle subscription — a monthly or annual membership in the Kaira application at mykaira.life. Please read them before you subscribe. By completing your subscription, you agree to these Terms.
The lock: As a Founder's Circle member, you pay your founding rate — $7/month, or $70/year if you chose the annual plan — for as long as your subscription remains continuously active from the day you first subscribe — through renewals, new features, and every future price increase for other members.
The catch (so there are no surprises): If your subscription ends for any reason — because you cancel, or because billing fails and the account is closed — the founding rate ends with it. If you come back later, you re-subscribe at the standard rate in effect at that time. Rejoining, reactivating, or opening a new account does not restore the founding rate.

Kaira is operated by Alyassia Taylor, doing business as Dr. Asia — The Soulful Creatrix ("we," "us," or "our"), located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We can be reached at asia@soundhealer.life. Kaira is part of a body of wellness work offered through soundhealer.life.
Kaira is a digital application ("the Service") that presents personal wellness content — including Human Design information, astrological timing, personal energy cycles, daily guidance, and related prompts — in a single dashboard, accessible at mykaira.life.
Kaira is currently offered in early access, which means the Service is live and in active use while new features continue to be developed. Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed while the Service matures.
The Founder's Circle is a recurring subscription to the Service, offered in two plans: monthly at $7.00 USD per month, or annual at $70.00 USD per year (the annual plan works out to two months free compared with twelve monthly payments). Your plan renews on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as chosen at signup — until you or we end the subscription as described in these Terms.
The founding rate — $7.00 USD per month or $70.00 USD per year, as chosen at signup ("the Founder's Rate") — is a preferential rate available only to subscribers who join during Kaira's early-access period. The Founder's Rate applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active from your initial subscription date — including across renewals, app updates, new features, and any increase in the standard rate charged to members who subscribe later. We will not raise your rate while your subscription is continuously active.
If your subscription ends for any reason — including voluntary cancellation (Section 5), non-payment or account closure (Section 4), or suspension or termination (Section 10) — the Founder's Rate lock ends on the day your subscription ends. If you subscribe again at any later time, you will be charged the standard subscription rate in effect on that date. Re-subscribing, reactivating a lapsed account, or creating a new account does not reinstate the Founder's Rate, and no pricing, discounts, or credits from a previous subscription carry over.
The Founder's Rate is personal to the original subscriber, applies to a single account, and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or shared with any other person or account. Subscriptions are limited to one Founder's Rate per person.
The standard (non-founder) subscription rates have not yet been set and may be established or changed by us at any time. Changes to the standard rates apply only to subscriptions that begin or resume after the change takes effect, and never to a subscription holding the Founder's Rate under Section 3.2.
You may cancel at any time — no phone calls, no hoops. Cancel through your Stripe payment receipt/management link, or email asia@soundhealer.life and we will process it.
Because Kaira is a digital service delivered immediately and continuously, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after cancellation, except (a) as required by applicable law, or (b) where we expressly state otherwise in writing (for example, a limited promotional guarantee offered at the time of signup, which would be governed by its own written terms).
If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will notify active subscribers in advance and, where reasonably possible, refund the unused portion of the then-current billing period.
You understand the Service is in early access and under active development. Features may arrive slowly, change, or be discontinued, and availability may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in these Terms promises a specific feature, roadmap, or launch date.
Founder's Circle members are invited — never required — to share feedback and suggestions. If you choose to share ideas, comments, or feedback about Kaira, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve and promote the Service, without compensation or obligation to you. Your personal information is handled per our privacy practices; feedback you share publicly (for example, in a testimonial) may be used in our marketing with your consent.
Kaira offers content for personal reflection, spiritual wellness, and self-understanding. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from licensed professionals. Nothing in the Service diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition, and no provider-patient relationship is created by your subscription.
Always seek qualified professional help for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal matters. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during early access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update the Service and these Terms as Kaira grows. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify you by email at the address on your account and/or by notice within the Service, and the updated Terms will state their effective date. Continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Our standing commitment: no update to these Terms will ever increase your locked Founder's Rate while your subscription remains continuously active under Section 3.2.
You may end your subscription at any time under Section 5. We may suspend or terminate an account if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules in Section 7) or for payment failures handled under Section 4. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at asia@soundhealer.life — we commit to working with you in good faith to resolve concerns directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
